Returns Policy 

 

We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service!  

If the part arrives broken in the package send us pictures of the part still in the package, and we will send you a replacement. 

If you have any questions about the fit and finish of your part please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. 

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. If you do not see the shipping option you need to contact us at support@vsrproducts.net and we will do what we can to take care of you.

All shipping prices are calculated from the weight of the order and the location of delivery.
